Occupying a prime spot on the village green in lovely Chalfont St Giles, our General Manager, Mark and wonderful team boast the perfect pit-stop for cosy lunches, after-work pints and long, lazy Sunday roasts.
We’re at the heart of our village, and that’s why Mark continues to host exciting, monthly events for the local community to enjoy. From our resident pub quiz, kids’ club and sport viewing, there’s something for everyone, here at Merlin’s Cave.
Out back you’ll find the best pub garden in all of Buckinghamshire (it’s really gorgeous). As we see the sun rear its’ head, we know spring is on its’ way. Our garden is the perfect springtime oasis, overlooking the hills of Chalfont St Giles.
Our wonderful Head Chef, Joe and his team have a passion for creating dishes using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. On the bar we’ve got a wide range of beers and ales, an extensive wine list and whip up some incredible cocktails.
